Terms of Service
I reserve the right to deny any commission, requested changes, or refunds.By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms of service:
USE RIGHTS:Commissioned artworks are to be used for personal and non-commercial use only. (ie. character galleries such as ToyHouse, social media icons, personal desktop/lockscreen backgrounds, Twitch.tv stream layouts [with some exceptions])Please contact me about purchasing a license to the artwork if you intend to or wish to use it commercially (ie. selling as merchandise, using a commission to promote a store sale, etc).I reserve all rights to the artwork created under commission and may use the commissioned artwork in promotional materials (ie. social media posts, future commission examples, portfolio galleries).The client may make minor edits to their commissioned artwork (ie. cropping and resizing the image). The client may not remove or obscure my signature (ONSHRIKE).My works are not permitted to be used as NFTs (None-Fungible Tokens), on the blockchain, and or other blockchain technology and cryptocurrency formats.My works are not permitted to be used in AI (Artificial Intelligence) art algorithms, used for AI training, and or other procedurally generated systems.PAYMENT:All payments are fulfilled up-front via PayPal invoice, or as otherwise specified. All price estimates as well as invoices are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars). Please contact me for pricing in another currency or use an online converter.The work process will not begin until I have received the agreed-upon initial payment. If the client has not paid and wishes to cancel their commission, the client is expected to communicate this.Once the work process has started, commissions may only be partially refunded. Please contact me immediately about full or partial refunds.WORK PROCESS:Please include a summary of your commission request as well as all relevant reference materials.Unless otherwise specified, the client will receive multiple work-in-progress images during the creative process and will be permitted to request changes. The client is expected to voice any changes and or issues with the artwork while I am working; any need for partial refunds are also expected to be discussed during this process. Refunds WILL NOT be permitted after the artwork has been completed and shown to the client.The client is expected to communicate effectively. Should any client not respond within 30 days after receiving work-in-progress images for approval, I will proceed with the commissioned work as I see fit.The client is expected to respect my time and be patient with the work process. Unless outside circumstances interfere with my ability to (ie. injury, crisis, technological failure), I will never go longer than 30 days without contacting a client. If longer than 30 days have passed, please contact me.FULFILLMENT:Unless otherwise specified, the client should expect a turnaround of 1 to 2 months.Unless otherwise specified, the client is purchasing a digital artwork and will receive no physical items or incur any postal shipping costs.If a commissioned artwork is required by a specific deadline, the client may be charged a rush fee. The fee will be discussed before finalizing payment.
This information is provided to every client prior to accepting their commission. The client confirms that by requesting a commission they have read and accepted the information.Any potential problems or concerns relating to commissions not stated above will be determined case-by-case.

HUMANOID FULLBODY - CA$140
One (1) full-body, lined, full-color illustration of a human or humanoid character drawn to your specifications. Includes one (1) simple held prop (ie. Smartphone, stuffed animal, food, cane). Add-ons available.
NON-HUMAN FULLBODY - CA$120
One (1) full-body, lined, full-color illustration of a non-human character drawn to your specifications. Includes one (1) simple held prop (ie. Smartphone, stuffed animal, food, cane). Add-ons available.
ARTIST'S CHOICE - CA$35
AKA Artistic Freedom. Will vary in style depending on how I feel like drawing when I sit down to work; however, I guarantee delivery of a final file that has a finish level above a basic sketch.
